It's a great feeling!
We travel in our Class C every summer driving from our home in Pottstown, PA to Afton, Wyoming to spend time with the grandparents. My children are 6 & 7 years old and my 6 year old son took his first RV trip at 11 days old to the Cape May Park Zoo in NJ. When he was 4 months old, he took his first 4 day trip to Wyoming. We love traveling the Nation in our RV - and feel confident having Good Sam traveling with us (literally, on the side of our rig)! Two years ago, we went to South Dakota to visit Mt Rushmore and drove through Sturgis on Day 1 of their festivities. Last year the kids became Junior Rangers at Rocky Mountain National Park, this year, we are off to Yellowstone. That night we broke down, we had our two children, as well as our niece with us. We were on the side of the road on I-80 somewhere in Wyoming, with cars & trucks barreling past us at 80+ miles per hour. It was about 10pm - scary situation! Good Sam got us a big rig to come tow our RV. They called to follow up & made sure we were ok. It's a great feeling!
