I normally don't comment on anything, but feel that this is needed. My wife and I were returning from a 3 week vacation. I was driving a GMC pickup truck pulling a 30' travel trailer. Exiting the 470 bypass around Denver, CO. I experienced a power loss in the engine of our truck. After several attempts to restart the truck and continue on our way, with no luck at all. The truck continued to stall. I call ERS and was given re-assurence that we would be taken care of very soon. With in a hour, we had a tow truck setting in front of out truck. The tow driver was very courtious and helpful. We unhooked the truck and trailer, put the truck on his truck, and hooked the trailer to the back of his truck. He towed us to the nearest GMC dealer, who were waiting on our arrival. All the arrangement had been made by the ERS operator. Even though we had to spend the night at a motel, because the dealership didn't have the part needed, we had a very good experience with ERS and our problem. The next day we arrived back at the dealership to find that the part was installed and the truck was ready to go. We continued on our way and made it home 8 hours late. No big deal. Thanks ERS for your help and promptness.
