How do I get help when my vehicle is disabled?

- Simply call our toll-free roadside assistance number located on the back of your Good Sam Roadside Assistance
membership card.
- We may be able to identify your location using our Caller Locator technology with your permission. Otherwise,
please describe your location and vehicle – Knowing which road you are on and the nearest cross street as well as
telling us the make, model and color of your vehicle will be helpful.
- Describe your situation to one of our RV Certified dispatch representatives, all of whom are specifically
trained to answer questions about RV complexities and how to handle vehicle disablement situations. Explain
the vehicle's problem so we can send the proper equipment to assist you.

Am I protected in Mexico and Canada?
A:Yes. Good Sam Roadside Assistance provides sign-and-drive coverage throughout North America, including Alaska, Canada
and Hawaii. You’re also covered in Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, where we provide roadside
emergency services up to a maximum of $1,000 per one-year term of membership.

As a member, do I have to pay for the service and then submit a receipt for reimbursement?
A:Good Sam Roadside Assistance is not a reimbursement program. All services are prepaid so you don't have to deal with forms or red tape. In Mexico, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Good Sam Roadside Assistance provides towing and roadside dispatch for disablement services rendered up to a maximum of $1,000 for any one-year term of membership.

A:Yes! While other emergency roadside service providers may not cover specialized services like fifth wheel towing,
Good Sam Roadside Assistance includes the cost to tow both vehicles to the nearest professional service center
that is capable and willing to repair your vehicle. If the repairs on your truck are serious enough that they will take several days
to complete, Good Sam Roadside Assistance will pay to have your travel trailer taken to a safe location, such
as the nearest campground while you wait.

A:Absolutely. Within the first 30 days of your membership, you are entitled to a full refund - no questions asked.
If you change your mind after that, you will be given a pro-rated refund of your membership dues - even if you
have used our services.
